In early 2026, a new chapter for Emerald Cruises will begin with the line’s nextgeneration superyacht, Emerald Kaia. As well, Emerald Kaia is set to redefine travel with its spacious interiors and carefully considered design.At the heart of Emerald Kaia lies a commitment to decadence and comfort.

Explora Journeys
Explora Journeys is set to welcome a new era of luxury cruising with the introduction of Explora III, the latest addition to the line’s prestigious fleet. Scheduled to enter service in the summer of 2026, Explora III distinguishes itself as the first vessel in the Explora fleet to utilize liquefied natural gas (LNG) as its primary fuel source, marking a significant step towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly ocean travel.
Explora III will follow in the wake of its predecessors, Explora I and Explora II, which debuted in 2023 and 2024. This expansion reflects the brand’s commitment to innovation, with plans for three additional ships to join the fleet between 2027 and 2028.
The design and structure of Explora III are expected to closely mirror that of Explora I and II, featuring a remarkable array of spacious accommodations and public amenities. The ship is anticipated to house 461 ocean-facing suites, described as “Homes at Sea.” These suites are designed to provide unparalleled comfort, with sizes ranging from 377 square feet in the Ocean Terrace Suites to 3,014 square feet in the Owner’s Residence. The inclusion of 82 interconnecting suites offers flexibility for families and groups traveling together.
Dining aboard Explora III promises to be a culinary delight with six restaurants inspired by international cuisines and the destinations visited. Guests will have a choice of 12 bars and lounges, each offering a unique atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. Additionally, the ship will feature indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools, private cabanas, and poolside dining, ensuring a comprehensive leisure experience.
Explora III will be equipped with cutting edge green technologies. These include shore power plug-in connectivity to eliminate emissions while docked and underwater noise management systems to protect marine life.
As preparations continue for Explora III’s inaugural season, the exact date and itinerary for its maiden voyage remain eagerly anticipated. With a capacity to host 922 guests supported by 640 crew members, the ship promises a luxurious and attentive experience.

With the announcement of its newest ship, Seven Seas Prestige, Regent Seven Seas Cruises is once again setting a new standard for high-end vacations.
Seven Seas Prestige, which will be delivered in 2026, is Regent’s first new ship class in 10 years, following the tremendously successful Explorer-Class vessels which were launched in 2016, 2020, and 2023.
At 77,000 tons and hosting up to only 850 guests, Seven Seas Prestige will boast one of the highest passenger-to-space ratios in the cruise industry, offering more Unrivaled Space at Sea than ever before in beautifully appointed suites, and lavish, thoughtfully designed restaurants, bars and lounges and public areas.
Seven Seas Prestige will be the first of two Prestige-Class ships, the second of which will be launched in 2029. The new ship class will introduce brand new accommodation categories, including a reimagination of the palatial Regent Suite, plus new dining experiences, all of which will be revealed at a later date.
Exquisite dining is a hallmark of Regent and the new ship will feature upgraded menus, redesigned specialty restaurants and new dishes (including plant-based). Some of the specialty dining venues include Compass Rose (dinneronly), Prime 7 (steakhouse), Pacific Rim (panAsian), Sette Mari ay La Veranda (Italian). These new features will further enhance The Most Inclusive Luxury Experience® that Regent is known for with inclusions such as flights and transfers, fine wines and spirits, entertainment, unlimited Internet access, free valet laundry, gratuities, one-night, pre-cruise hotel packages for guests staying in Concierge-level suites and higher, and more.

Star Seeker
Windstar Cruises
As we continue to look forward to 2026, the announcement of Windstar Cruises’ forthcoming Star Seeker has many cruise fans keeping a close eye on the beloved line. Carrying 224 passengers at double capacity with 130 crew members, Star Seeker will have 112 suites that are all ocean-facing. New on the ship for Windstar are 30 Infinity Suites with infinity windows that slide down halfway to create a balcony effect. A total of 72 cabins have walk-out balconies.
Overall, there are 12 cabin categories, located across three decks, with many staterooms sleeping up to three. Standard amenities include a fully stocked mini-bar, TV infotainment system, safe, fresh fruit, robe and slippers. A coffee machine, fresh flowers and daily canapes will be included in the Horizon, Star, Classic, and Deluxe suite categories. Staterooms will feature a tranquil color scheme of light blues, greens and natural browns inspired by the sea, sky and landscapes.
Star Seeker will have five dining options on board. Windstar partners with the James Beard Foundation and the reimagined main dining room Amphora (found on all Star Class ships) will include dishes from guest chefs affiliated to the New York-based culinary organization.
Also carried over from other ships in the fleet, Star Seeker will have a watersports platform with a new feature that will allow direct access into the sea, the cozy Yacht Club cafe and lounge, a two-story spa and fitness center, a hot tub and a spacious open deck which will be used for Windstar’s trademark deck barbeques.To help reduce its environmental footprint, Star Seeker will be able to connect to shore power minimizing port emissions.
Star Seeker will be the first ship in the Windstar fleet to have an ice-strengthened hull. This means the ship can sail in polar regions, enabling the line to sail to more destinations. Full details of the program will be announced at a later date
